Karłów ['karwuf] (German: Karlsberg) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Radków, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Radków, 23 km (14 mi) west of Kłodzko, and 89 km (55 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

Most of travelers make their way to Karlow region when visiting Klodzko region, and those that do usually stop to go see the Szczeliniec. Szczeliniec Wielki is a typical table mountain surrounded from all sides by sheer rock sides. Years of weathering have sculpted some wonderful rock formations here. The formations are named according to the shapes they resemble like the The Brood-hen, The Mammoth, The Camel and The Elephant.

If you intend to go to Karlow you should take road no 387 from Kudowa Zdroj towards Radkow, or road no 385 from Nowa Ruda (in Scinawka Gorna turn left into road no 387 and then continue via Radkow to Karlow.
